Ramos Towing

My name is Richard Hammond , Hammond Const. Company pickup involved in accident, Apple Ave. Towing people very professional. I asked to have the truck towed to either my shop, or to my body shop. The driver stated they had to tow to their yard first. I protestd, and asked if the yard was secure. He said it was. My mistake. They called the next morning telling me the truck had been gone thru. In truth, the vehical had ben RAMSACKED.!!! MONEY STOLEN, TOOLS STOLEN, PERSONEL INFORMATION COMPRISED. I believe the thrives to be employed by them.

My car was impounded to Ramos n Sons and he was no help. He was very RUDE and DIRESPECTFUL!! My stereo system an speakers had been stolen out of my car when I arrived to pick it up! I tried to ask him where it was and he refused to tell me anything!!! I told him I'd called the police to mak a report and he replied, "I am the police so they are gonna believe whatever I say." DO NOT go to Ramos unless you want to take a chamce of having all of your possessions being stolen from your vehicle and also be disrespected!!!!! If your car gets impounded there, make sure you get it out the same day to avoid theft!!!!
