        Overall

        As a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction Mneards should be ashamed of themselves. My car was damaged in THEIR parking lot and THEIR on duty manager admitted fault and told my husband to get the vehicle fixed, bring in the receipt and Menards would reimburse us. Unfortunately, that ended up not being the case and now we are out that money. Menards has lost a loyal customer who just so happens to be remodeling a house. How unfortunate.
