        This is the epitome of the little shop that can. We have been shopping here and at the second location in Muncie from 1980 through present. They are NOT the cheapest, or biggest, or carry the most of this or that; but what they do stock they offer at very competitive prices, offering top notch sales associates, quality products they can stand behind and service often as needed. They are America's home town type business at its best.

        When a client comes to my shop (SowNSews Custom Sewing N Repairs) and am asked where I can recommend they can find a hardware item or get a Stahl chainsaw worked on? I am happy to send them to Hi-way Pro Hardware, because I know the folks there will treat them fair, courteous and meet their needs.

        Amazing store, has just about anything you need for home repair, best thing they offer is quick, immediate and helpful service. What stands out for me is I had a problem with a purchase that did not seem to work. Brought the products back to the store, explained my concern, they replaced all with some new additional parts--then said--no charge, sorry for the inconvenience. That sold me on them.

        If they dont have it...you dont need it

        First of all the staff is the best! They greet you when you walk in and see if you need help. I dont know how they do it, but every time I have needed anything, be it normal or not so normal, they have it. Prices are good!!
