Dr. Susan J.S. Walters, MD

I was recommended to Susan Walters by my Doctor for kidney stones. I had 4 stones. 3 in the kidney and one blocking. She done laser surgery and told my husband she was confident she got all 4. Guess what: 2 weeks later I had a follow up C.T scan. I called the Doc. to get the results and was told by someone in the office that she got all 4 of the stones. I went for a follow up and she said she never got any of them. So she said that I need the scope surgery. So we did that and she again said she got all 4 of them in my follow up appointment. In the meantime 2 days after the 2nd surgery I called the office because- I was in so much pain, wondering if something was wrong or get stronger pain med. Pain level was at a good 7. The Doc. on call told me to go to the E.R. for pain management. The next week I went in for the stint removal and she again told me she got the one blocking and shattered the 3 in the kidney. about 5 minutes after she took the stint out I was at about a pain level of 9. She asked me if I was in pain and told me to my face to go to the E.R. for pain management. I finally did and they did a C.T. scan and guess what: I still have 3 stones in my kidney. She WILL NOT get a 3rd chance at me. I have been to two other Doctors since and they were shocked that Susan Walters told me to go to the E.R. for pain management. They said it sounded like she was trying to brush me off. Oh and yes one of the Doctors that said that was the E.R. Doctor that saw me. I had kidney stones a few yrs. ago and to bad that Doctor retired. I would NEVER go back to Susan Walters and have told friends about my experience and they do not want to go to her if they ever are recommended to her.
