Vertical Vic's Blinds & Draperies

Very rude. Very unprofessional. Yelling at your customer and demanding money for a job that is incomplete is unacceptable. Cops had to be called due to the installers attempt at intimidation.

Don't put money down and change your mind the next day because they will charge you $50 for doing that. My husband and I discussed after we left if it would be worth the money or maybe it would be better to just buy blinds ourselves and install them ourselves. We decided to cancel the order and buy them ourselves. They refused to refund $50 of our money. Nobody came out to measure, nothing was ordered yet....they just ripped us off $50 and we got nothing!!! Not recommended unless you are 100% sure and DO NOT put a deposit down unless you are 100% sure!!!!

I went in so confused and they made everything so easy. I was helped throughout the whole process and I always knew what was going on. My house is beautiful now because of their drapery work. Everyone was always super friendly too so that was a bonus!
