Lighthouse Lock & Key

Was very pleased with the service resetting the combination to a safe in a store we purchased in Mobile, AL.

I called once to get a price check was told one price and the person on the phone was a bit snippy, I called around and accidentally then called them back, was like they knew I had already called and attitude was abundant.

I did end up talking to Bryan the owner and found out some issues were going on. I did use them for replacing the locks and setting a new master key for a small set of apartments that we own. Bryan actually came out and handled most of the work himself and was a pleasure to do business with. His knowledge is fantastic, actually learned a lot about locks and safes.

Did a great job in opening an old safe without doing damage. Was very reasonable in pricing, friendly and prompt. Would mark as a top locksmith in Mobile.

I called for service for my wife and when the Locksmith Willis arrived,she remembered him as a convicted Felon.How does somebody work for a company as a Locksmith with a record like his?

Great job and reasonable prices. He helped us out when we were in a bind, works hard and has awful hours thanks to people like me. He was really nice tho and I appreciate his work ethic!
