Fatima helped me get out of a little pickle. I had just got my grays covered, but a few spots were missed and I was about to leave to go out of town. Unfortunately, it was during the week before Thanksgiving, also known as the busiest week in a salon, of corse. There was no one available at the salon I used to go to, but Fatima wanted to help me, so she found some time and got me in that same day! She not only took such great care of me, but her assistant gave me a free facial massage and a deep conditioner because they were sorry about my past experience, even though it wasn't even at their location!!!! Hands down, the very best treatment I've ever received at a salon, ever. She kept reassuring me she would make it right. I wish the other location would of done the same. Fatima, you have a forever client now. People in this world need more compassion and businesses do too. If you make a mistake, fix it! Fix it well, and if you want your client to come back and be happy, do more than just fix it.

The word “Balayage” comes from the French word meaning “to sweep”. When applying the color for a balayage, you sweep the color through the hair, giving it the natural transition down into the lighter color. This technique looks like natural sun-kissed highlights throughout the hair. The transition is more natural and it is less maintenance than an ombre. The word ombre comes from the French word “shadow”. Ombre is the actual style. It is the transition of a lighter shade from a darker shade. Generally, ombres work best on brunettes because it is the least subtle of all the techniques, a sombre is what we would see on blondes. That technique is more subtle, hence the word sombre. Ombre is great for the more daring girl, it is definitely more noticeable and typically more maintenance.

FATEMEH IS AMAZING. She is all heart, kind, giving, funny and a true professional. I am so glad I found her and she takes such good care of me!! I am blessed to have her!! Her assistant is also a delightful young woman, very sweet and kind. The video showing hair styling and makeup hints was wonderful and very interesting! The salon is beautiful, immaculately clean, with very comfortable styling and shampooing chairs. The staff is very pleasant and friendly.

UPDOs: It is recommended that you shampoo your hair the night before rather than the day of your appointment. This will give your updo a stronger hold. Was excited to find a spa that was credible in the area. Desperately needed an eyebrow wax- my eyebrows still had their shape but were getting a bit unkempt. I get them waxed every 5-6 weeks. My brows are now about half as thin as they were before my appointment. I haven't had my eyebrows this thin in ten years. When I got to the register, I was charged $30. I have never paid that much for an eyebrow wax since I started waxing fifteen years ago. I was told when I made the appointment that the price was in the teens. Not sure why I was charged such an exorbant amount. I could ignore the fact that I now have pencil thin brows if I hadn't just spent twice the normal fee. Won't be going back.

Went here for a full leg wax and a facial.The facial was OK the price was decent but the room they use is a closet - literally a tiny closet that was made over to be a "spa".The full leg wax was awful. It took almost two hours, she kept going over the same spot over and over and then individually tweezing hairs. It wasn't even a good wax, I still had hair after all that.

Getting the free brow wax was nice. I added on an upper lip wax. However, I realized when I got home that my eyebrows were completely uneven...not sure if the girl was new or what. Also, Susan was awesome (color and cut), but the girl (i think the same girl that did the waxing) washed out my hair and it was not pleasant. She was pulling my hair left and right out of the foils, and the entire experience was not pleasant and relaxing as one would want ot a shampoo. And the entire back of my shirt was wet when I got up. Pretty disappointed in that....
