        Great they arrived on time and no overcharge....I would recommend have had bad experiences with other locksmith this company was good

        Only giving a 1 star rating be...

        Only giving a 1 star rating because it is not an option to give zero stars. This place is a joke. Got a replacement key for my car there and a few months later (2 or 3) the cheap key broke inside my car door! When I called to get it fixed, the owner demanded I pay for the repairs, stating he ,"felt great charging clients and making money." When I advised him he should have better customer service and at least fix problems that were caused by his cheap products, he told me to , "bring the police and come over here, I'll be waiting." Its a shame, he could have done the job for free (a ten minute job) and kept a happy customer.BOTTOM LINE: Low class, cheap, and bad customer service.
