Excellent service. The person who helped me only had to look at the key to quickly find the right blank. The key worked with no problems. On my return visit I had 12 keys made and all worked. I think they could use a simple one page web site because they now rely on third parties for their web presence like yp.

They have a very impressive unlock service. Jake was in my 2016 Camry within a minute! I will defiantly will use them again if the need arises

Blackwell's is the BEST -- every time I have used them (for keyless entries, rekeying the house and general lock outs) they have been FANTASTIC. And they don't over charge. Would recommend them to everyone.

Very unprofessional. We were locked out of our car, Blackwell told us that he would look to see whether he could make a key for it and would call us back. After an hour and no call, we called again and got his answering machine and left a message. Two hours later, no response. Left yet another message. He never bothered to call us back. I don't know what kind of business he is running, but it sure isn't locksmithing. We were left stranded waiting for this man who didn't even care enough to pick up the phone and let us know whether or not he could help us.

I've been a customer for many years. Service is fast and value priced. I won't go anywhere else!
