Overall

We were pleased with our experience for the second set of windows installed by Hanson's. Our installer crew named No Bull- was lightening fast . Hanson's sells an awesome product that has a transferable warranty and no fault replacement if something should happen to your windows (mid grade product bought).

Overall

We had not intended on getting any windows, but wanted a quote to see what it would cost. I was impressed from start to finish, along with the entire process. We are currently working on home renovations and could not afford to do the whole house at this time. We decided to get just a couple of our problem windows taken care of and are very happy. Hansons will be coming back very soon to do the rest of the house.

I wanted to take a little time out of my day today to write about Hansons customer service. One of their sales reps (Jeffrey Kelly) left my home not more than 15 minutes ago after meeting me to give me an estimate on window replacement. I felt compelled to write this because I was simply blown away by the level of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness shown to me by this sales rep. I am a new customer to Hansons, and I can't express how refreshing it is to see such a level of professionalism and concern for even such a minor customer as myself. I bought this house ~4 years ago and have been rebuilding it from the ground up. One major issue we needed to resolve on the house was window replacement (the only job to date that I have decided to contract out rather than tackle on my own), and I have had some pretty terrible experiences with other major companies in the construction field even with something as simple as an estimate and a quote for window replacement. In my line of work I am heavily involved in presenting a professional attitude and exceptional customer service to our clients, so I know what I'm talking about when I say that Jeff not only represented the company in the most professional manner possible, but also had an extremely competent knowledge of their products (the demonstrations were superb). I know it seems like a little thing to be professional and courteous, but it makes all the difference in the world. I just wanted to say that Hansons has a customer for life - and I haven't even had the product installed yet.

Overall

I was most satisfied with the professionalism of the installers from 1-800-Hansons. We did not find any nails or trash laying around when they left.



We received three estimates from other companies and we chose 1-800-Hansons because they offered us the product with the best quality and the best guarantee.



We wanted something that fit our budget but addressed what was needed on the house. They helped us find a solution.

The representative that came t...

The representative that came to our house in Maumee was really good. He actually showed us everything, and answered all of our questions. He seemed like he knew a lot about windows, and showed us that they wouldn't break. We have not had any problems. The windows look good and they arrived early. We did consider having Wallside do the windows. We heard that Hansons did a good job, so we called them, and I liked what he showed me better than what Wallside had to offer. I was just very pleased with the way everything went. A happy customer from the Toledo area!

This wasn't the first time we'...

This wasn't the first time we've had windows installed and it has always been a bad experience. We were prepared for the worst, for messes and wrong measurements, and for finding aluminum in our shrubbery a year later. With 1-800-Hansons, we had our house back together by 3pm the next day. The windows were clean and our furniture was all back in place. All the neighbors compliment the look of the windows. They even slow down their vehicles to look!

There might have been a couple...

There might have been a couple of things that concerned us that ended up not being problems. I thought they did a good job, and in the end we found a couple of things that weren't done right and they fixed it right away. I thought the crew worked well together. We had had Hansons put in windows before and were happy with those, so we figured they would do good with our roof.

I love how they were accommodating with our schedule and worked with us for a time when it would work for us both with the sales consultation and installation.

I am a previous customer of Hansons with a good history with the company.

I was very pleased with my installation crew because they did a great job! Todd, Rainn, and Tim were wonderful guys who make a great team and work incredibly fast. Keep this team together! I was a little concerned about the colors I selected for my home but Hansons had the perfect color and everyone compliments on how great it looks. Very happy customer in Toledo!

Everything was really good exc...

Everything was really good except we had issues with the grids that go in our windows. We ended up having to get different grids. We still don't understand why we couldn't get the ones we wanted I was very satisfied with everything with the exception of the grids Our next project will be a roof, maybe in a year or two.

We went with Hansons because we had seen their commercials and noticed their name while we were going down the phone book.



They were on time, and got it done. They even picked scraps out of the flower bed. They did a good job cleaning up. I only four nails

We had Hansons install new windows. They are the best. I was most satisfied with the way they professionally installed the windows, and cleaned up and kept everything clean while they were working. They kept the appointment time to within a few minutes, and it took them the amount of time they said it would take to install them.I will definitely let someone know the type of service I received if they ask.



I'm looking at having more windows installed in the entire house within the next year. I considered Wall Side, but my mother recommended I go with Hansons. I always go with what mom says because she is always right!

The crew that Hansons sent over was exceptional. They answered all the questions we had and did an extremely good job. They were polite, neat, and very professional.



I was completely satisfied in all areas. I had no problem with them.



I looked at two other companies but we chose Hansons.

Happy customer

This is the third time I have had Hansons windows installed since last year. I love their work and couldn’t be more satisfied with our salesman James Ray and how the installation went. Everyone was very professional, and the quality of my new windows is great especially for what I ended up paying. Will I call 1-800-hansons again? Definitely. My experiences have gone so well that I look forward to getting more work done by Hansons in the future.

Cares about their customers

Our windows needed to be replaced, so we called 1-800-hansons to get an estimate. Our salesman was absolutely wonderful; he was not pushy, answered our questions, made us feel comfortable about the installation process and cared about the financial situation we are going through. He also allowed us to get extra work done that we otherwise would not have been able to get completed for a very long time. My husband and I are so happy with the way we were treated – you can tell that Hansons Windows really cares about their customers. I have never experienced a company that cared this much and I honestly would not have any other company do the work for us.

My windows look amazing

During this tough economic time, replacing my windows was not on my to-do list. However, we were losing so much heat through the old windows we had and decided to have a few home improvement companies give us estimates on how much it would cost to replace them. Our Hansons Window rep, Ben, was the third person to come out, and he could not have done a better job – he was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Hansons works with you no matter what your financial situation is and they did an excellent job. We are SO happy with our new windows. Our energy bills are a fraction of what they used to be and they look amazing.

Hansons Rocks

I can not express enough what a wonderful company Hansons Windows has been to deal with. Hansons put in a whole houseful of windows for me quite a while ago. Just recently, I had to call regarding leakage between the panes. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. The young man that came to measure the glass was very courteous and prompt. When the glass came in, the office staff called me to set up a date and time. The Hansons installers were here on time, did a fantastic job and left absolutely no mess. I also received a follow-up call the next day to make sure that I was pleased with the results. All I can say is “1-800-HANSONS, Your rock when it comes to service!”.

Hard Sales Push

A representative of Hansons Windows treated us rather abrupt and rude when we let them know we needed a day before making a decision. The President of the company did email us for more information on one try to respond to our emailed complaint, but never got back with us for a resolution. Elsewhere on the net, there is a mix of both happy and unsatisfied customers, so please be aware should you decide to do business with this company.
