Worst Jimmy Johns I've been to. SO SLOW!!! There is nothing freaky fast about them. No sense of urgency to customers at all. Twice they have messed up my order, once at the drive through I was asked to wait a moment and I said Sure. That I don't mind. But I waited 4 minutes and still NOTHING as I'm sitting there just waiting to order. I can see inside the building and there's only 1 customer! Seriously! So I finally spoke up to see if someone at all could take my order. It's like they don't want any business at all so they don't have to work harder. My last and final time I gave them a chance my order was taken quickly at the drive thru, but when I got to the window nobody came to the window for 3 minutes to get my money or say anything. I could see she was just talking standing there to a co-worker. She finally looked at me with an " oh I forgot someone was there" look , and even told me once I did pay that she forgot. How do u forget when that's ur only job?!!? By the way... The only reason I gave this place so many chances was the convenience of the drive through to get something somewhat healthier than regular fast food. But since they are slow and the service is bad... I will not be back.
