terrible service no mail for 5 days other areas received mail

A certified letter was delivered by the above Post office on December 7, 2009. I received a return receipt on December 10, 2009 and like the last review it did not show the printed name of the person who signed for it and did not show the date or time that it was delivered. I had to investigate to find out the delivery date. The carrier for the 6700 block of Grade Lane is not taking the time to do his job properly or needs to be trained on how to handle a certified letter. The postmaster will be contacted and possibly the divisional headquarters if necessary.
