Bode , Jerry Dr.

Dr. Bode and his staff took great care of our beloved Smokey at the end of his life. Smokey was so weak, but needed fluids. His size made it difficult to carry him with only 1 person and he seemed to be in a lot of pain. The staff brought the needed IV out to the van so as not to disturb him. The next day Dr. Bode offered to come to the house if we needed him for end of life decisions, but Smokey passed away right after that. All of the staff were so compassionate and understanding. They helped us make arrangemnets and sent us a card afterward.

I have been taking me pets to Dr. Bode for years. And have always been pleased with there service. Once my dog had a allergic reaction on its first shots and I had to call Dr. Bode at midnight and he was willing to come to the house to make sure she was alright. Ended up taking his advice and running to Walgreens for allergy medicine and my dog got much better fast and he didn't need to come over. But the neat thing was he was willing to help any way he can. This was 6 yrs ago not sure if his emergency line is still answered by him. I sure hope so.
