Venecia Express

I shipped a box to El Salvador and my son never got it. I was told that it had been shipped to Guatemala by mistake. I was also told that my son could go get it in Guatemala but the price I paid was to get it to El Salvador. They were supposed to take care of all the process with customs but if my son goes to pick it up he will have to go through the hassle of dealing with that. This agency does not even deserve half a star.
