DONT MOVE IN! There is a lot of things wrong with the apartments but most of all the problem is the OWNER! Robin is by far the most unreasonable penny pinching landlord I have ever came across. The apartments gets extremely hot in the summer, extremely cold in the winter(poor insulation), the parking on the street is awful, only one washer/dryer for everyone blah blah blah...Good luck but don't move in here.

We have had the worst living experience at this complex & the Management is terrible. Management finds ways they can swindle money out of you every month even after you have moved out. Do not expect to get your deposit back. They charge you for things you have no control over. Neighbors are terrible, loud music, fighting, yelling, drinking, throwing beer bottles, slaming doors, drug dealing, etc. This place is not recommended for anybody. Oh, it's only street parking which is impossible after 6p every night. The laundry room with one washer/one dryer for 16 apartments is impossible as well not to mention that half the time it's broke so you have to go to a laundry mat & if you don't get back in time, you don't have a parking space anymore. Just check with the Hollywood PD on how many times they've had to come around there. Definitely not recommended for children of any age. Seriously, you can find much better & a more safe place to live & where Management won't hassel you out of your money. Good Luck!
