I needed to pick up contacts today which takes about 15 seconds. I was waiting where they told me to sit at the desk right beside the lady that was working. After she finished with her customer she proceeded walk around me and go around to every single customer in the store. As well as just shooting the breeze with another coworker that was helping someone else. Mind you, I was the only customer who had not been waited on. I have my 13 month old son with me as well and I'm just trying to keep him happy! Finally I say I have not even helped and there were only 3 - THREE other customers in the store. She saw me and just decided to ignore me!! When I tell her she says well I've got other customers to help! When she finally gets around to it she ask my name and it takes about 15 seconds to pull the contacts. I was in DISBELIEF!! Who does this?? I will NEVER go there again. - this was my 1st experience there. I had my prescription transferred over the phone. I would have definitely given my business in the future if this would not have been such a horrible experience.

I like this place. They are very efficient and concerned about providing good service. They have a great selection of frames and fast service.
