Horrible customer service and ridiculous pricing! Would never recommend this company to anyone! Please do your research first.

Provided by SuperpagesCalled them at 4:30 pm and they were very nice and said they will send someone right over....which sounded great because I had my 2 very young kids with me...called about an hour later to ask if they were still coming and was told "20 more minutes" that's fine....FINALLY at 6:40 pm here he comes......Are you kidding me!!!!! That was not 20 minutes.....If I had known...I could have called someone else but it was getting late and I had no choice. But I must say...he was very helpful when he finally came....but charged me 85 dollars....someone told me that was unheard of
This company really need to reevaluate their morals and ethical codes. Accidents happens all the time, especially with animals running out on the streets but when you hit someone's dog, regardless of whose fault it is, it is NOT ok to continue to run him over and proceed to drive off after!! If this is how you teach your employees to act when situations like these arise then I highly suggest you reassess your business ethical codes. Not only did your employee did a hit and run but when you're contacted regarding the matter, your employees were rude, shows no empathy, and accusatory!! Please take more time out of your busy towing schedule to learn how to be better human beings!!

Provided by SuperpagesWhen I went to retrieve my vehicle, I was told my wife had to stay out front. When I asked why, the staff member asked me if I needed her to hold my hand. When I told him I didn't like his attitude, he became abusive. He used abusive language, threatening, and tried to provoke a physical altercation with me. This is the level of professionalism you should expect from this company.
wow this is a compancompany? Talk about unprofessional, unorganized, dirty and RUDE!!!!
I was just getting ready to turn this company into the Better Business Bureau. We were shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employees. I would strongly suggest another towing company. By the way, I had to select one star since this review wouldn't give me the option of no stars.

Provided by SuperpagesPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! How can these people keep this business running? Is it because it has to do with the city? Is it possible to tow 10 cars within less than 45 minutes with only 3 guys working? Be careful, if your car gets towed by this company thoroughly check your car for any damage and take pictures of every little thing that is wrong.

I asked plenty of people around the area about this place and didn't hear one good thing about this place. This place is highly looked down upon. Obviously that is why all the reviews are deleted so no one can see all the horrible things!
I was unlucky enough to have to interact with the employees of this business. The office is disgusting, and the atmosphere of the junk yard on which the business operates reminds me of a mid century prison. The rates they charge are ridiculous, and the attitude with which customers are greeted is one of unintelligent drivel. It would be a better use of your money to burn it than to unjustly hand it over to "Capital Towing."
Jim and Sara have ran this buss, for a long time there great people and they show how the towing ind, should be ran as i own another tow company here in lincoln i only hope to be half as good at it, then Jim is there drivers are very nice and honest and they work very hard to keep lincoln street clean for the rest of us thanks

Provided by SuperpagesCapital Towing is known locally for its poor customer service.Additionally, they occasionally tow vehicles that are legally parked and refuse refunds to the vehicle owners when proof is offered that no rules were broken.I work at an apartment complex and we use Capital Towing, but we have had multiple complaints from our residents that their vehicles have been towed when their permits were right in their windows.
