By far the best dental office I have ever been to! The staff were so friendly and Dr Solomon really took the time to listen to my concerns. I never have a copay for my cleaning visits and I even got free whitening!!! thanks to everyone there. I cant wait for my next visit!

I'm an easy going guy who has never written a complaint about ANYONE in my life but I could NOT let this go. This was the worst experience I have ever had. My son's braces started coming off 2 hours after they were put on and never stopped. They continuously blamed my son and insisted that it was something he was doing wrong even though he followed all of their instructions. One time, they popped off while he was sleeping and they still blamed him. They blamed him so much, at one point he became afraid to eat anything.



Our second to last visit, the orthodontist informed us that my son had about 2 more months before his treatment would be completed. About a week later, another bracket came off so I took him back into the office to have it reattached. At that point, the assistant told me his treatment was complete and they could remove the braces immediately. How is it, that one week prior, they said he had to wear his braces for 2 more months, and now all of a sudden (one week later) they were ready to be removed? Did his teeth shift that much in one week or were they just trying to get rid of us?



The day he had them removed, they assistant asked me what day did I want to schedule an appointment for him to receive his retainer. I said " I thought he was supposed to get his retainer today"? She then said, " well he was, but you scheduled today's appointment wrong." So when I asked her how the appointment was scheduled wrong, she explained that she was late and didn't get into the office until an hour before my sons appointment. She usually makes the retainers during lunch and since she hadn't had a lunch,she didn't have time to make the retainer. Well why didn't she just say that in the first place instead of once again trying to blame the situation on us? Just be honest! Geeeezzz!



The following day, we went back into the office to get his retainer. The hygienist came into the room and placed the retainers on his teeth and told us Dr. Solomon would be in shortly to check the fit. He never came in the room and told the hygienist we could leave. That was the final straw and is the reason I decided to write this review. On a positive note, all of the receptionist were great and very professional. Because of them, I will give Signature Smiles one star.
