        Requested quote over the phone. Work received did not match quote. Called to reconcile dispute between quote received and services received. Was laughed at by employees and was told we were on our own. We are now using King Key Locksmith to fix Ramirez Locksmiths errors. Rating 1/10, would not use again. Poor quality parts. Very poor customer service. Very poor customer relations.
