Powerhouse Gym

Was miss-informed by two sepreate staff members about the terms of my contract (who told me contract would expire after a year and that I would not have to do any sort of cacelation process to quit membership) and as a result ended up paying 6 months of membership dues unknowingly. Called to have a calm polite conversation with gym to explain how I was miss-informed and that it is only right I be refunded for the dues. I was immediatly spoke to with hostility and rudness and gym made no effort to make things right, and basically called me a liar. Facilities are fine, and staff generally nice people, but they obvioulsy do not care about their customers and are more than willing to steal your money if the opportunity arises!
