My hair is really, really irreparably messed up. I asked for my hair shaved everywhere but a long bob-like bang at the top, the sides being shaved so that there was a distinct line down each side. She shaved huge uneven lines part way down the side of my head. One is a full in higher than the other and they are shaved down to the scalp so I get to wait a few weeks before I can have someone fix it. She even pointed out that they were uneven and said that I should wear it to the side. When I said I didnt plan on doing that she gave me a look and pulled the cape off of me anyway. Now I have a weird not quite mohawk mess. She didnt even shave the sides all the way back. One side stops at the top of my ear and the other stops half an inch back from my ear at least. Asked for my hair to be thinned with a razor, she hacked at it roughly for probably less than two minutes and didnt show me the finished hair style at all, just hustled me out of the seat. Didn't give me or my friend a receipt.

She also had her kid in the store with her and was yelling to her family and other coworkers over my head even while I tried to explain what hairstyle I wanted.

I really, really dont recommend this place. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Stylist accused my daughter of having 3 eggs (head lice) on her bangs (more than 1/2 inch from her scalp). Took her to a different salon that specializes in that, she scratched her scalp and it turned out to be dandruff. No live bugs were found anywhere, no sign of eggs at expected places such as back of neck or even close to scalp. Stylist was extremely rude for NOTHING she walked away with no tact whatsoever. I would NEVER recommend this place. Go somewhere else.
