There are times that I can not answer a phone call, and there are areas of Northern Michigan where there is poor cellular reception. I even return missed calls sometimes from the Caller ID left behind. I am disappointed that I could not earn a true (and accurate ) review from you.

No website? No email address? You call and it goes to the cell phone voicemail? How can anyone get anything done? Wake up and join the 21st century. Can't speak about the service because I never was able to contact anyone. Very disappointing.

John was great! Very reasonably priced, clean and prompt. We had numerous dead bolts installed and locks keyed to match. I would highly recommend Crystal Lock & Supply!
