        i think the place is expensive only because the customer service requires a bit of work. loved the food and i love the dim sum, esp when it comes out fresh ~ i think the staff needs something to motivate them to provide better service but otherwise, i adore the imperial gardens! my friends loved it and we're very picky. i think the staff warms up to you and provide speedier service when they see that you're a regular, which is always an upshot for us when we go~

        i love how its in the center of an asian shopping mall but i dislike it's location in kent. too far. but my peeps and i still go all the time :]

        This is the second time I have tried this restaurant and I cannot recommend it.

        It was difficult to get a waiter's attention and the bill was given before all of the order had come to the table. The noodles were hard and undercooked and had to be sent back. I did not have tea but was charged for it. The waiter said "the computer prints it whether you order the tea or not and they have to charge you for the tea even if you don't have any tea.
