Butler Creek Animal Hospital

On March 15 2018 I took my pet to be euthanized and I asked for my pet to be cremated and paid to get my pet paw prints. When I went to pick up the ashes my pet’s paw print were not in the bag that was given to me along with the ashes. Well the office manager called Paws, Whiskers and Wags, which is the company they use to do the cremation. The hospital manager asked if they did my pet paw prints per the hospital manager they told her that they were going to review the cremation video and will get back to me. Well I get a call that after from the hospital and the hospital tech said it was her fault when she submitted the form to Paws, Whiskers and Wags she did not select the option to get the paw prints. I just felt terrible! She apologized and said they were going to get me and pendant and engraving with my pets name on it. Nothing they say or do will make the pain go away for not having me pet paw print and I trusted them with my dog. So I called 2 weeks after asking for the items they promised but I was just told ‘they were still working on it’. Yeah right, they didnt send a card to apologize for their mistake. Please dont take your pets to this hospital. I do not recommend this place.

I love these vets! They've taken care of our cats for years, and honestly treat them as if they were their own pets. I highly recommend.

Best vet in town and in metro Atlanta. I cannot say enough good things about Butler Creek. They really care about our pets and give such good care. My 12 year old poodle had surgery and they took such good care of her. She is doing great. Dr. Cohn is so caring and take so much time explaining everything and he really cares about our pets. I recommend them to everyone. Great place!

I cannot begin to sing high enough praises for BCAH. They took me on as a new client with a serious issue and squeezed me in at the last minute on a Saturday morning. My cat ended up requiring extensive periodontal surgery with a week of monitored after care. I received this news the day before I would be out of town on business for a week. Dr. Cohn performed the surgery the following Monday and kept me updated DAILY via phone, email and even emailed photos to put me at ease. I was beyond appreciative and pleasantly surprised. My pet was difficult post surgery and the staff and Dr Cohn gave him the extra care required to make him comfortable and decreasing his stress. When I picked him up there was a thorough discharge consultation which I appreciated. "Oskar" fully recovered and is happily back home. Five stars for Butler Creek!
