        As a long-term client of Flash Tech's (at least 20 years), I can say unequivocally that Flash Tech is as good as it gets! They have always exceeded my expectations in their professionalism, customer service, technical excellence, and timeliness. I have always felt that they cared about my business needs and that their only goal has been to provide a cost-effective and timely solution when I have needed them to solve a problem. I have never been disappointed. In addition to being excellent businessmen, and the best in their fields, the owners and employees are truly good people. If there were a 10 star rating, I would give them that.

        These guys know their stuff. I live in Hoboken and work as IT for a financial firm in NYC. For the most part, I can maintain my own computer but when things got out of hand I went to flash tech. Last month they retrieved data from my failing hard drive and about a year ago they cleaned up multiple viruses from my computer. I trust these guys with my own computers and they are relatively inexpensive when compared to techs in nyc.

        I've used FlashTech several times and have always been more than satisfied with their professionalism, the quality of their work and their honesty. They do not push you to buy, but rather listen to your questions or concerns and address them. I trust them!

        Great store. Flash Tech talked me out of purchasing services I didn't need. They are very honest and my computer is running great. I will never again go to Geek Squad. Geek Squad is clueless and just want to sell you anything they can even if you don't need it.I also used a local guy one time that I found on a flyer. He never returned with my valuable data and I never heard from him again. Thank God for Flash Tech
