Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a wonderful experience with the Highland Park branch. I thought I would be fine with a minivan to load up my boxes. Patrick helped me out and upgraded me to a cargo van to be sure that all my stuff would fit and was just all around super awesome and helpful.

Helpful staff. I needed an suv with all wheel drive because I had to travel to Springfield Illinois with bad weather predicted. They put me in a brand new Chevy Suburban - perfect vehicle- the weather was worse then I anticipated - blinding rainstorms going south, 150 miles of blizzard coming back. I loved the vehicle. Thanks Enterprise. You took a lot of stress out of this trip
