I would not trust these people with your pets, especially if you love them like family. They have no problem putting your dogs in harms way without blinking an eye. Even if they misunderstood and thought I wanted my golden retriever completely shaved they should have explained to me how bad it would be for my dog. And on top of that he looks aboleutely terrible, and you could tell he did not like it himself. They also refused to refund any of my money. They did what they wanted to, and left me to deal with the consequences. This is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere, and if at least one person reads this and learns from my mistake of trusting them, I am a happier person. I just wish someone had warned me.

They did a wonderful job and had about a five hour turnaround. Our dog is a 35 lb (medium-small) dog and it was $45 for a cut (she's very thick furred) and trim.
