Pomodoro Cafe

If you are looking for excellent service and an owner who cares about his customers, choose another restaurant. We were on a tight schedule and we're told it would be a five minute wait. Twenty minutes later we were sat at a table that had been open the entire time we were waiting (no sections were closed when we were there). Even the waitress, who was excellent, didn't know why the hostess waited so long to seat us. It took so long to get our food (45 minutes) that we had to have them box it. Since I didn't get to eat it while it was hot, I can't say if the food was good or not. I spoke to the owner before I left. He didn't even offer a sincere apology, just said they were busier than usual and the hostess was probably having a str e ssful night. So was I after paying for a meal I couldn't eat and discovering the owner couldn't care less about his customers.

One of my choices for a good Italian meal, have eaten there many times and was never disappointed with what was served.
