Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone. I am always suspicious of all glowing reviews. But these are not shills. Gold Locksmith Store are awesome. I called, set up an appointment and Mike showed up and changed the locks quickly. Pleasant, courteous and professional. Unless your neighbor is a free locksmith, call the Gold Locksmith Store.

1st Star: has 24/7 service.

2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be.

3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job.

4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed.

5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got.

The reviews are true - Gold Locksmith Store are great! Called yesterday after a bad experience at the hardware store and he arrived today, installed the lock and cleaned up too! He was able to quickly access my door and what was needed to get the job done. Above all he was prompt, nice and provided excellent service!

After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Fullerton, CA , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price.



Enter Gold Locksmith Store. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Fullerton, CA that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up).



Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Gold Locksmith Store if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!

Tom is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy.



He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation (and sometimes without even prompting) to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

With one call, I had someone at my door in under 35 minutes, even though our issue was not an emergency. He was friendly, expedient and I never once felt uncomfortable having him in my home. Our locks work better than ever and I never once felt like he was trying to sell me into something I didn't need. We had a good conversation about the problem we were having, what went wrong with the mechanism and how to prevent it from happening again.
