Vinny's Towing & Recovery

I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
I didn't have much of a choice when it came to going to Vinny's. My car was towed there. The next day, I called them to find out how much it was going to cost to get my car out. They quoted, both verbally and in writing, that it would cost $475 to get my car out as long as I did it before the next day at 5 pm.

I then received a call from them informing me that I had been misquoted and demanding $50 more. No reason was given, they just needed more money to be able to release my car. I guess it is nice to take advantage of people whose hands are tied.

I must say I didn't much appreciate their "kick you when you're down" style of business and I don't believe you will either. It is highly unprofessional to misquote fees for services rendered. I can only hope they have a great time with the extra money they shook out of me. (Couple of 24 packs and a block party, anyone?)

Absolutely thrilled with their customer service, professionalism and follow up skills. I broke down 9" from my driveway while turning in... I was blocking the entire street trying to figure out the problem. I used Roadside assistance and was allocated Vinny's T&R with Robb as my assistance provider. Robb's customer service and professionalism where next to none. Funny thing is, I fixed the problem, I managed to kick the main power supply to my truck appart under my dash getting out to move the trash can in my driveway. I called Robb back and let him I would no longer be needing his services. I was expecting Robb to be angry since he had been dispatched and was 10 min away from rescuing me. He was not! He was happy I was safe and that I fixed my vehicle and asked me to call them if I needed them anytime. He really suprised me!

These guys were great, they arrived within 30 min, called me when they saw me on the other side of the road to tell me they were coming back around, and had no problem when i switched from towing to my house to a service station. They even had a drop off envelop for the service station. They took care of everything. My driver, Robert Smith, even offered to take me home after the vehicle was dropped off. Outstanding service!

On Memorial day was heading home down I-70, when the wheel on the boat trailer almost came off. My brother found Vinny's Towing via his cell phone. They were here within 30 minutes & proceeded to use a dolly to get the boat & trailer loaded on their flat bed. They promptly went to the next exit & unloaded the trailer @ K&K Automotive for repair. I was impressed by the amount of care in the loading & unloading of the boat & trailer, not a scratch was done during this operation. Would highly recommend for any towing.

I used Vinnys towing last week for the first time. That is when they sent out Travis. Travis not only did he pick up my van but he was a true gentlemen. Well as we all know when one car breaks down the other will soon break as well. So today when my husbands blazer was on the side of the road we knew who to call. Vinny was wonderful handling my call and again sent Travis out.

Again not only was he very nice but wonderful with his customers. He was so nice that we will even overlook the fact that he's a Cowboys fan. Go skins :)
