General Info
The Thomas family has been managing repair facilities for over 60 years. Eddie's grandfather was where it first started in the 1960's, he successfully owned and operated Sunoco gas, repair and towing facility up until he retired. Eddie's father, Larry Thomas, also opened his own repair facility in 1972. Eddie grew up working with his father and learning the towing and repair business. Leading him to the desire to open up Airport Paint and Body in 2005. Today Eddie still works alongside of his dad, operating two different businesses in the same facility. Since the opening of the Erlanger location, Eddie has since expanded to locations in Hebron, and our newest location in Wilder.

Scam Artist Is Right!

Hope you don't have an accident in Florence, KY. The police call these people. They towed the car to a lot behind some vacant house on Dixie Highway. Then told me they do body work so I asked for an estimate. The car sat on the lot for a whole week. I called 3 or 4 times trying to get it. Still no estimate. Guess they don't need the money because they'll steal anything not nailed down out of your car. They went through everything in the car and retook what they wanted. Thieves and liars.

When you need body work for you car, this is the place to go!

When anyone relocates it is always a big deal to find the right business for your needs. I moved to KY from CA and my lovely new car was hit by a horrible hailstorm that hit Hebron. I went to my State Farm Agent, another great agency and glad I found them as well, the very next morning and reported the damage, got a card that was in their office as a referral. Stopped by the dealership next and they gave me another name and then when I got lost trying to find where they were sendind me a man in the business I stopped in for directions gave me a Business Network International Pamphlet and inside was the same company whose card I had picked up at State Farm.

I called right away since it seemed to be such a well known business and belonged to a reputable association such as BNI. I was able to get in that afternoon, there were many before me as the storm hit Hebron and got many of us.

I was concerned since the car was new, with only 3700 miles on it, that it would not look as good as it was before the storm. When the car was returned I was elated. It was GREAT!! No one would ever know about the damage if they did not see the before and after photos.

Not only that, the staff was professional, caring, and friendly. I paid my deductible when the car was done and they sent the information to the insurance company to have them pay direct so not one thing for me to do. Not only was all this very nicely handled, they picked the car up and brought it home to me as well, and cleaner than it was when I dropped it off, just a nice bonus. I cannot find one thing that was not right about this encounter, even the location was easy to find. They also offer rental cars if you need one immediately. Just a great business. Oh, and the owner who was on vacation when the car was done actually called me from vacation to see if I was satisfied with the work and my car. Amazing. You do not get that kind of service from most companies I encounter these days. So I wanted to share my experience with Auto Industries incase you do as I do and search Yellow Pages to find businesses and reviews to help you determine what business might be right for you. This one is it!
