Cancelled my unit then a week later got auto bill payed! Called in and it took all morning to get refunded! Then 10 mins later they charged me again and this time I have been fighting to get refunded. What scam artists! I don’t even have an account why are u charging me?? Property manager won’t help even though this is completely their fault. I shouldn’t have been charged once let alone twice in a day. Make it right!!!
