We are family mental health nurse practitioners who specialize in treating children, teens and adults with a variety of mental health disorders. We diagnose and treat mental illness, make an individualized treatment plan and prescribe medication using a holistic and integrative approach, utilizing both conventional and complementary treatments. We integrate supplements and alternative therapies alongside or instead of traditional medication. We help create a plan for diet and exercise and screen and refer for individual, family, occupational and speech therapies.

I am bicultural/bilingual in Spanish and board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority with more than 5 years of experience in direct patient care. I completed my Psychiatric Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
