Hi I have been going to this salon for at least the past six or more years. The owner: Theresa is a Great person to talk too laugh with and even tell secrets too She is very understanding and patience. Most of all she does a Great job even if it is something new I want she always shows me that their is nothing she can;t handle. I come in ugly and leave beautiful !! I found a place for my husband where they speak spanish and italian. They use a wax called nufree..iT IS NOT like the other ones . It does not hurt.I think maybe this is the one he was going to go to but no nufree so he went to different one in Palatine called Trinity , that is his brothers name too. It looked so beautiful. I love it he does too.
