I lost my keys to something of great need, I called and he said he would be there Thursday, Thursday came and went so I called, they said they had emergency calls and would be there in a few more days. Another week and a half went by and still no response. I called on a Friday and they told me it would be next Thursday due to emergencies. I understand emergencies but a phone call would have been nice. I had to then deal with angry tenants due to the delay, If I locked my keys in the car I would rather bust my window out than give them a call, very poor communication and left me hanging

I get all my keys copied at McKinney Locksmith Svc because I want them to actually work. And they always do. Family owned by locals, David and his team do great work. They are honest and friendly. We've also used them to re-key locks. I had a key that was 57 years old and worn. They fine tuned it to work on an old car. Great job!

They may well be a very good company, I don't know. I called to have someone come out and assist us with a lock that wouldn't open and they said it would be at least 5 days before they could come out. I couldn't wait that long and called someone that came out the same day. They couldn't recommend anyone else that could come out sooner. :o/

they where able to make me a key for my old motorcycle from the lock with just the code and at half the cost of what they wanted in louisville...would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith
