I've ordered from Petra a few times and I've always been EXTREMELY happy with my orders. They go above and beyond! Highly recommend Petra!

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my Wife through Teleflora. Unfortunately the job was given to Petra. They didn't arrive until 7:30 at night when we were out to dinner, as people do on Valentine's Day. The driver, instead of calling my number which was right in his hand, decided to call it a night. They called the next day to see if I still wanted my flowers, What they finally delivered was crap compared to the picture on the website. They kept saying "someone will call you" but I guess the owner was too cowardly. They never did anything to address it. You DO NOT miss a delivery on Valentine's Day!

This is a sweet little florist. I received a bouquet with a bit of an issue and they made every attempt to make things right. I now have beautiful flowers. I've worked in flowers before and never have I dealt with a florist that went so out of the way to make me happy. They were cordial, professional and took care of this in a timely manner. I think that's the best you can hope for. I will be bringing my continuing business to this store and will recommend them to my friends.

I ordered two different arrangements from this florist and was very, very disappointed with both of them. One was a basket arrangement and the basket that arrived at the destination didn't look at all like the pictured basket. In fact was cheap looking compared to the picture. The second arrangement I ordered had so few flowers that I was truly embarrassed that my name was on it.

just a great service, promot delivery, flowers and design were awesome. I will use them again for sure.
