Poor Service always ruins a dining experience. We had eaten at the House of China for years, but we were greeted with disrespect. My family and I had food delivered on October 16th, 2014 costing about $60 for three people. The order was incorrect and we called in to see if there had been a misunderstanding. The receptionist lied to her manager about the conversation we had just 45 minutes earlier and the manager then argued with us about the food without apologizing for the mistake. We asked to be credited or remembered the next time we came and the manager simply refused. Well, now my family and I simply refuse to eat there again.
