I was very impressed by this company and I received great customer service everything was done in a timely manner and I would use them again..

I would not recommend this bail bond to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. I used their service to bail a friend out of jail. I had to make two seperate trips because they forgot to have me sign one of the papers that they "needed." Now I am having trouble getting my deposit back. It took forever before the check was ready, and they would not let someone else pick it up for me. They did tell me they would mail the check to me; however, after waiting for two weeks, I called back and no one had bothered to mail the check. The lady I spoke with was very rude. She told me she would mail it out today. I began to explain to her how that was the same thing the last person told me, and she hung up on me. I will be calling back everyday until they state that the check is mailed.
