        Third time using this salon. T...

        Third time using this salon. Two Spanish speaking ladies, that barely spoke English. The one that cut my hair did a nice job, BUT did not give me what I asked for. I asked fora trim and for long layers to be cut back into my hair. She did not do it because she said that products will work better for me. Sorry, lady, but I know my hair and I know what needs to be done to it. Very disappointed.

        I WENT IN TO THIS SALON TO HAVE MY DAUGHTERS HAIR WASHED AND CUT WHILE THE TECH WASWASHING HER HAIR THE MANAGER WALKED IN ,THE TECH PROCEDED TO COMPAIN THAT HERWAS TOO TANGLED AND THICK. THE MANAGER THEN SAID OUT LOUD/ HER MOTHER NEEDS TO HAVEHER HER COMBED AND BRUSHED BEFORE COMING HERE . I DID NOT GO THERE FOR HER TO TELL THE ENTIRE SALON HOW MY DAUGHTERS HAIR WAS UNKEPT/ APPARENTLY THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO BE RE- TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE .
