After visiting 4 other well known carpet stores in Danvers and salem I found this company to be the most helpful and professional in every way. Cole remebered my name on a second visit, let me take home as many samples as i needed, loaded them into my car, whereas other carpet stores had a time limit and quantity that you could take with you. The store is immaculate! I found other carpet stores overwhelming beacause the carpets are thrown on the floor everywhere.I had a quote the same day they measured at 1/3 less than all others for the same carpet. I even brought in a sample from another store and Cole compared it to other carpet samples with honesty.The installer was clean, neat and organized even vacuumed my carpet, took the old carpet and made me an area rug on site with his sewing machine! After this wonderful experience I receive a call from gary 3 hours after the installer left to get feedback. This store truely works in motion as a team. Wonderful, seamless experience.

Moriarty and Gordon are full service. Their salesmen, Peter, helped me choose a carpet that fit my home. They also have a wide array of samples that you can bring home to see how it will fit your room. They also offer laminate and hard wood flooring and are located right next to the Liberty tree mail behind Dunkn'sI would highly recommend this family business that has been on the north since 1995!

We had to keep correcting the salesman because he kept writing down the wrong color. He then insisted he had the right color. They come to install (3 hours late) and, guess what? They have the wrong color. Then they try to blame us. Finally, they did get the correct color and installed it three weeks later. Not very impressive.
