        Although the rating looks good please be aware of Brady's Auto Care liability. I left my truck with them for service until the part came in. I was not aware or informed my vehicle would be left overnight in the Priest Bridge Centre Shopping Center parking lot. My vehicle was broken into and Brady’s said by law they are only required to lock the vehicle which they did lock the vehicle however they left my vehicle overnight in the shopping center parking lot. It was stated they are not liable for the damage to my vehicle the only responsibility they had was to lock the vehicle. My husband ask if they called the police to report the break in and they had not. My husband asked them to call the police and report the crime. Is this how Brady’s take care of their customer?There is no sign about their liability and nothing on their paperwork to support why Brady’s believe they are not liable for my vehicle that was left in their care. Also, they offered no assistance to help with repairs. This is not good business AND I will no longer bring my vehicle here or refer anyone now that I know how risky, reckless, careless, and negligent Brady’s Auto Care is with their customer vehicles.

        I have had several cars serviced at Brady's over 14 years. The quality of the work they do has been declining in the past five years. As we have switched to foreign cars, they have been less able to service them properly. In recent visits they have missed a serious brake problem, neglected to renew a gasket when replacing a part, neglected to fully reassemble components after completing repairs, damaged painted alloy wheels while installing tires on them, and broken an oil drain plug. I strongly suspect them of having vandalized one of our cars, for reasons that are very mysterious. Recently, they have made it clear that foreign cars should be taken elsewhere for service, because they are not comfortable working on them. They don't advertise foreign car service, so that's their choice, but one should be aware of it before going there.
