        Chad was great. Very prompt and professional. He and his wife went out of their way to make sure the repair was done expertly and made sure that I knew that they would be there if I needed any assistance after the repair.

        Chad has a mechanical engineering background and performed thorough diagnostics to make sure that I received the part I needed and none of the parts I didn't.
