Excellent service on 11/24/12. They actually picked up the phone and called me back as promised. Showed up at my house and unlocked my Saturn in less than 5 minutes. I had Sheila do a new key for me since she advised my worn out one could harm my ignition and/or get me stranded somewhere. I love giving my business Locally - and Gene's had better prices than the national chains.

I called AAA when my son lost his set of keys in the woods. Gene's Lock and Key came, rekeyed his very difficult reverse key for his car, and while they were there, they rekeyed all 3 other vehicles we have. That was SO cool not having to go into the store, go home to check all cars only to find out they don't work. I appreciated that they checked to make sure all keys worked before they left, and best part is that it was not only affordable for us, but the service coming to our home was the best. They ended up cutting 10 keys, and a new remote for one of our cars, and it was a one stop shop for us. They did great work, and I would recommend them to everyone!

I called and they actually answered the phone! Impressed they showed up on time fixed it and with in the price they quoted me. I have a 93 Ford Escort not an easy fix others did not show up for their appointments. But this job was not to hard for them. I would highly recommend them!

These people are great! The husband/wife team is kind, thoughtful and efficient. They came by on New Year's Eve and took care of me. There aren't enough stars to rate these folks. I always appreciate it when people explain to me what they are doing and why they are doing what they are doing. They take great pride in their work and I completely recommend them.

I needed some copies of keys(and keyless fobs) for both of our vehicles (a Ford and a Honda) and I had called around and emailed some people trying to see who could do it for us. Sheila emailed me back right away and really tried to help. Their prices were also a lot cheaper than the other quotes I had been given at other places. They were so nice to me and my kids while we were waiting for the keys to be made. They were personable and I felt so comfortable with them, like they were "family". It is such a breath of fresh air to deal with a business that doesn't treat you like "just business". I will definitely keep them in my phone list to call if I ever need a locksmith again. I really feel like I can trust them and that they would do right by me.

When no other locksmith would attempt to replace lost keys for my classic Porsche, Gene's Lock & Key didn't hesitate! Gene and his wife worked hard, making several keys until they worked perfectly. They also had the cheapest quote of the half-dozen companies I called (before the other companies found out it was a Porsche and said, "Sorry."). I won't use anyone else!
