Planet Hair

Ive been going to this salon for a while now. Erin has done such a wonderful job with my color. I will not let anyone else touch my hair except her. She knows my color, keeps track of everything, and never does a bad job. It is so nice to go to a salon where you can get exactly what you asked for and more, AND have a great conversation while doing so. Erin is a lot of fun and always friendly and happy. I will continue to go to Planet Hair.

My first experience was good, but with each visit, quality went down. It began when I asked for the length to remain untouched-only to have a really short cut. Hair grows-I chalked it up to a bad day. Then I went back for my annual keratin straightening. Instead I got a relaxer that does nothing for my extremely resistant curly frizzy hair. I noticed immediately that the application process was different and asked if I was getting the same treatment as the previous year. I was informed-yes. When I questioned why the process the different, I was told she prefers to add product in the sink. The next clue was the price (1/2 of the usual ) The 3rd and final clue that I got the wrong treatment was the result after washing. Way too curly & frizzy for only 2 days after treatment. I attempted to go back and get the correct tx. When I got there she informed me I could not get the tx I wanted because I had one a year ago. Other salons confirmed that is not true. Trust gone so I lost $ & time.

I just moved here about 7 wks ago. Planet Hair was the first place I found & went to. I was in desperate need of color & a haircut. Erin did my hair & OMG she did sooo good. I love my hair. It looks great & I feel like a new person. She gave me tips made me laugh & I'll defaintly be going back. Can't wait to take my 32 month old lil girl to get her first haircut. :-) Thank you ERIN & Planet Hair.!!!

Always been able to just walk in and get great service. Everyone is always friendly and accomodating.

I do know the owner & her integrity. I find it hard to believe this review on this haircut. Lynn runs a professional business & would not stand for a customer to be unhappy.

I am the Owner, and these recent posts from a Client who disguises her name are FALSE..she contiunues to harass and name calls on our messages . She left without paying and clearly that was her intention from the beginning..I hope no other salon will be dealing with clients like these....She got the Cut she asked for and Clearly didn't plan to pay...the Hairdresser is Pregnant and took her late in the day on New Years Eve..so sad ...

My name is Serena and yes a stylist at this establishment..this rude client is lying and I am not a mean person and usually would not reply but it has to be said that I was the only person in there so how could you say those mean things? And my boss and i tried to talk and you wouldn't listen...she did not answer phone so she could not of hung up on you...and the nasty messages you left on machine about my daughter were not called for...if you were not being sneaky use your real name..I hope all establishments in the area steer clear from liars like you sherri

Don't waste your time. The positive reviews were probably written by the people that work there because I saw nothing positive and I left with a bad cut. Take the time and keep going up the road.

This is an amazing hair salon. The stylists have years of experience and are very friendly. You feel like part of a family the way you a treated. They even have organic hair products and dyes which is hard to find anywhere. They also have clothing and jewelry for sale that are so unique and beautiful. This is truly a one of a kind salon, I would never go anywhere else. When I leave the salon after having my hair done I feel like I have had an amazing makeover. You definitely get what you pay for at this establish and much more with the friendly serivce.

I finally found a place that can give a great haircut and customer service. The girls are all well trained and service is amazing along with products. Didn't believe I could get a great haircut here until now.

Absolutely, under no circumstances, go to this place. The owner is rude, the place smells bad and outfitted with tacky homemade clothes hanging everywhere for sale. The stylist was worse than awful! I left with essentially a lopsided cut and one side about an inch longer than the other. If I could gve zero stars I would. Steer clear!!!

Just moved to the area not too long ago and had not found a salon to call "home". Erin did not only my sons hair cut... But my cut and and color are FABULOUS! She knew exactly what i wanted done and went to work. I've had nothing but compliments.. I won't go any where else.. Thanks Erin for a job well done! :)

There are Many Salons in this Area, but this is the best one I've tried them all...The stylists are amazing..and my color was the best I have had in years....Very cute inside, and their clothes are so different.. Highly Recommend

I just moved here from Virginia and Ive had some bad experiences with hair in this county, I will look into Planet Hair

I never do these reviews, but has been hard for me to find a salon who was up on trends. Me and my sister wish we could post the pictures of our haircuts on here so people can see there is hope for hair in this county

Great service I love my color and cut

this is a great salon with Organic hair and skin care, i used to go to asheville, but it has brought asheville to clyde area, the stylist have years of experiences with color and are very pleasant and friendly...they have won awards with Goldwell color..and are great with ethnic hair as well Highly recommended !

I love this place. I would never go anywhere else for a haircut. They are super friendly and always treat me right. I always love what they do to my hair.
