We have lived in the Surrey Lane Townhomes for over a year now. After our lease was up, we began paying $50 per month extra for a month to month agreement. We are in the process of purchasing a home. We have never been late on a payment and now they are giving us thirty days to evict or sign a new 12 month lease. This change is unethical. What are we to do? We have a child. We dont want to up root him twice just to appease these rotten landlords. Additionally, whenever there is a maintainance issue it has taken weeks to get things resolved. Im guessing they are going into foreclosure. STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
