        Please believe me when I tell ...

        Please believe me when I tell you, do NOT bring your packages here..packages are not scanned..they will ask you if you want a receipt or not..shouldn't that be mandatory? Again, if you want your packages to be delivered and not stolen, take it to the actual UPS in West Springfield, or another reputable UPS Store..Employees at this store are not willing to help you at all..I would rate this with ZERO stars if I could.
