There used to be the nicest man there that answered the phones & scheduled the appointments. Since he's left, you're forced to deal with Desi. I've used We're There Pet Care several times, & while my experience has been that they ARE responsible & show up when they say they will, dealing with Desi's moody personality is enough to make one never want to call again. You never know if you are going to get her on a good day or one of her abrasive & rude days. More often than not, dealing with Desi is downright awful. They might want to consider finding someone new who is able to put a smile on & deal with clients in a professional manner. I can not honestly recommend We're There Pet Care.
