We were a mess!
Our email was down, our server was inconsistent. We basically couldn't do anything for a week. It was so frustrating.
I met Bob at a networking event. Pleaded our case. He came out a few days later to evaluate our situation. We had major IT issues that our current company failed to address. Bob rearranged his tech's schedule so that he could come out and assist us. Over the week Bob sent out 3 techs, each with a different specialty. They finally figured out our myriad of issues and resolved them.
It is great to know that such amazing efficiency and customer service still exists!!! Our team has complete confidence in CMIT and know they will be there should we need them. Thanks CMIT!

After getting quotes and options for cleaning up our company's network and storage, we went with CMIT of Cherry Hill. After interviewing four companies, we chose Bob Riesenbach and CMIT Solutions of Cherry Hill for our IT domain installation and management. We have found Bob and his crew to be exceedingly professional, responsive, patient and knowledgeable. After assessing our system, which at the time was a hodgepodge of computer equipment assembled over the years, CMIT created a stable, secure technology infrastructure at a reasonable cost and in an efficient, timely manner. Despite the great potential for disruption, CMIT installed hardware and software, upgraded existing desktops, created a domain environment, migrated data to a new server, and installed wireless routers almost completely in the background. To their immense credit, we did not miss an hour of work. CMIT continues to provide us with outstanding customer service as out IT management service. We are pleased to partner with them.
