Mediate Management Company

I live at the Repton Place in Watertown, MA that is managed by the above mentioned company.I am dissatisfied and annoyed of their service because of their lack of kindness and professionalism.The senior manager did not get the point of my request several times and does not know when an apology is appropriate.And her helping building manager is rude and uncompromising. When I saw him for the first time I thought I would approach neutral and open-minded towards his appearance and attire since he has a goatee and several tattoos on his arms. However, as time passed by his attitude became and is uncomfortable and bothersome.This is the company's error to release this building manager to the work-world without giving him a proper training thus his modus operandi is at the upper quality level.It is annoying to deal with such an attitude from a person who I pay for his service and probably does not even have an academic degree.
