Consumers beware... I was charged $100 for the battery on my keypad lock to be changed (& used my own battery)

I was initially told they would assess the lock to see if they could fix it or not fix it
within less than 5 min we saw it was a simply 9V battery change-so I got a battery from my apt and he put it in and screwed it closed

He did fix it which I was happy about but charging $100 for that I think is ridiculous...
Yes lesson learned I should've asked but I also think it's good business to offer that information to the customer
I called to relay my feelings to the owner..who I was told by the secretary was busy and asked what I was calling about so I began to tell her and was rudely interrupted and when I continued to try to talk she talked over me... if you choose this company make sure you know how much they will charge before even coming to your location
